Jim Rohde, Founder & CEO
Jim is a former CPA with extensive accounting, finance, and technical solutions experience, an MBA in Entrepreneurship, and an extreme passion for process improvement, business intelligence (BI), and predictive analytics. After a distinguished career working in private accounting and software development and services companies, Jim left corporate America and founded a one-person consulting company Inphinity Solutions, Inc. in March 2007. For several years, he worked successfully with C-Level Executives, Mid-Tier Managers, and Front-Line Employees on 50+ business intelligence projects at manufacturing, consumer product, and financial institutions. During this time, he wore multiple hats including business analyst, data analyst, database/ETL/report development, project management, and C-level planning and strategy discussions. In 2014, the company was re-branded as JOHO (the Japanese word for “information”), with a focus on delivering value-added products and services to visionary financial institutions looking to grow and compete more effectively through the use of business intelligence.
Bill Goulet, Partner and SVP Business Solutions
Bill is a former 15+ year Bank IT director and senior executive, with extensive strategic planning, data center design, automated business process improvement, and technical solutions experience. He has a passion for understanding financial institution challenges and providing innovative data driven solutions. Bill has delivered BI solutions globally, including a worldwide assets under management (AUM) solution for a Swiss Bank, as well as delivering numerous reporting solutions to banks and credit unions across the U.S. Bill has an extensive training and speaking engagement background at technology user conferences in the U.S. and internationally. He followed that experience with 15+ years working in diverse roles in financial software and services companies. His experience gives JOHO and its customers a unique perspective on solution design and delivery focused on generating business value.
Tim Langseth, Director of Product Development
Tim’s 13 years of application development and web design at Fortune 100 technology and insurance companies have uniquely prepared him for this role at JOHO. He has experience with automating deployment, testing and developing automated solutions as well as being a 4+ year Microsoft veteran in application development, as well as assisting several start-ups in all phases from product layout to determining architecture and deploying finished applications.
Doug Rohs, Director of Business Growth
With over 28 years of experience in the Banking Industry, Doug’s approach of listen, learn, educate, and advocate has allowed his customers to succeed in an ever changing, highly competitive landscape. His consultative nature has helped senior leadership executives connect value to enterprise technology solutions that provide short term results to achieve long term strategic goals. Doug’s career evolved from financial consulting to software implementations to leadership of the groups responsible for customer success and retention for one of the industry leading core processing vendors. He was responsible for bringing Business Intelligence solutions to the customer base by educating his team of client managers. The team in turn was positioned to help customers understand the value of data analysis and its impact on their business challenges and growth.

We utilize Agile methodology based on iterative development, where requirements and solutions evolve rapidly.
